Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Applies to: visitors to our site and people who interact with us through forms, phone, email or SMS messaging. For client program data we handle on behalf of a Housing Authority/City, we act as a service provider/contractor under California law.
Quick "Notice at Collection"
We do not sell or share customer information to any third party.
- Categories we collect: Identifiers (name, email, phone, address, or SMS messaging), professional info (organization, role), communication content (calls/emails/forms/SMS messaging), limited device/usage data if you allow optional analytics or embedded content, and only if provided by you or our client, housing-program details needed to schedule/coordinate inspections (property address, appointment preferences, access notes).
- Why we collect it: to respond to inquiries, schedule and coordinate inspections, send reminders/notices, provide landlord/resident support, deliver services to our government clients, maintain security, improve the site if analytics are allowed, SMS messaging, and comply with law.
- Do we sell or "share" data for cross-context advertising? No. We do not sell or share customer information to any third party. If this changes, we'll add a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
- Retention: We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal/contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records, then securely delete or de-identify it.
What we collect & sources
- You provide it: contact forms, emails, phone calls, meeting notes, documents you upload/send, or SMS messaging.
- Clients provide it (Service Provider role): Housing Authorities/City programs may give us limited personal information about landlords, residents, or properties so we can schedule inspections, send notices, support appeals/QC, or send/interact via SMS messaging.
- Automatic collection: Essential site functions run by default. Optional analytics and embedded Google Maps content are disabled unless you allow them through Privacy Choices. We do not use cross-context behavioral advertising cookies or advertising pixels.
- Sensitive personal information: We do not seek SSNs or financial account numbers. If a client supplies sensitive data for program reasons, we handle it only to perform contracted services and do not use it for other purposes.
How we use information
Respond to inquiries, schedule and coordinate inspections, send reminders/notices, document outcomes, provide support to landlords/residents, prepare reports for clients, operate and secure our website, SMS messaging, and comply with law.
Disclosures to others
We do not sell or share customer information to any third party.
- Service providers: hosting, email/SMS, analytics, security, and similar vendors under contract.
- Government clients: we share program-related communication and results with the Housing Authority/City that engaged us.
- Legal/safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, property, or safety. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" for cross-context advertising as those terms are used in California law.

Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary technologies to operate the site. Optional analytics and Google Maps embeds are disabled until you allow them through the site's Privacy Choices control. Analytics help us understand page visits and site performance. Embedded maps may send usage and device information to Google when the map loads. Data security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we handle (access controls/least-privilege, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence, and incident response). No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent, detect, and respond to issues promptly.
